Zetheta does not give refunds in any circumstances usually and reserves the right at its sole discretion to offer refunds in exceptional circumstances.

Please note that we treat violations of our terms very seriously, and we have no obligation to issue any certificates or letters; or offer refunds to you if you violate the terms. Similarly, we have no obligation to offer refunds to you or issue any certificates or letters if you do not complete the assignments or tasks within the specified period, or if your performance is not satisfactory in our sole discretion. We may subsequently cancel any certificates or letters issued by us if we find any violation of the terms herein, without giving you any notice.
