Unlike traditional corporate internships where interns often perform menial office tasks, Zetheta offers self-paced, remote project work experiences that provide 360-degree practical exposure to entire product development lifecycles. Over 99% of our workforce comprises undergraduates and MBA students — a deliberate philosophy that gives fresh talent genuine responsibility on live innovation projects. We don’t use your work for our office tasks; your submissions are solely for assessment and presentation to potential employers.

In 2025, Zetheta received over 1 million applications, grew our community to 340,000+ followers, and onboarded 14,000+ students into our innovation ecosystem. Our 2026 vision is to scale globally: 10 million applications, 2 million community members, and 1 million students gaining real-world project experience worldwide.

Zetheta offers 144+ project roles covering diverse areas in financial markets. We have two main categories:  Tech Projects requiring coding and development skills using Python, JavaScript, and modern frameworks, and (2) Non-Tech Projects focused on analysis, research, business strategy, and gamified simulation design using no-code tools like Microsoft Office, Notion, Figma, Google Sheets, and AI assistants.

Tech Projects involve building actual software platforms, trading systems, risk analytics tools, and AI-powered applications using programming languages like Python, TypeScript, and React. Non-Tech Projects focus on research, business analysis, strategy development, and designing gamified financial simulations using spreadsheets, presentation tools, and no-code platforms. Both types provide enterprise-grade experience and contribute to our innovation pipeline.

Each project is designed for 15 full-time working days, but students can complete it at their own pace within 30 days from the date of enrollment. The self-paced nature allows you to work while studying or alongside other commitments. Each role has four projects, and duration options of 15 days, 1, 2, 3, 4, or 6 months are available depending on how many projects you choose to complete.

Each project has a structured 15-day timeline with clear day-by-day activities. You can chart your own course and time lines.

Yes, absolutely! We encourage the use of AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and other LLMs to accelerate project execution. Projects that might take 60+ days without AI assistance can be completed in 15 days with proper AI usage. Our projects are designed for an 80% AI-generated, 20% human-customization approach. Using LLMs effectively is itself a valuable skill in today’s job market.

Our projects are open to students from High School, Undergraduate, Postgraduate, MBA programs, and all fresh graduates from ANY academic discipline. No prior work experience is required. We believe in potential over pedigree — what matters is your willingness to learn, take initiative, and deliver quality work.

No prior finance background is required. Each project comes with public links to comprehensive training materials including 5-10 pages of domain knowledge, curated learning resources (YouTube videos, websites, research papers), and detailed methodology guides. Our projects are designed to help you gain both the domain knowledge and practical skills simultaneously.

Join us through online enrollment which requires only your updated CV — we do not conduct any interview or selection assessment. You are guaranteed to get the role you select since we believe everyone deserves a chance to prove themselves through actual work, not interviews.

You can choose a maximum of two roles. Each role has four projects mapped to it. This allows you to gain deep expertise in your chosen area while exploring related domains if you wish.

Your project is completely free. We believe every student deserves a chance to experience our platform and demonstrate their capabilities without financial barriers. However, if you seek anything which requires a manual intervention from us such as extension of time lines, change of roles, offer letters, letters of recommendation, letter for your university, bespoke reports of completion (other than our usual project work experience certificate – internship/ externship) and so on, there will be an administrative charge.

If you need more than the free entry tier, then you can contact us – we prefer you do not take any additional roles/ projects then those given in our free tier else administrative charge will be applicable. This is intentional: experience shows that students often don’t take free offerings seriously, resulting in incomplete submissions that build neither skills nor credible employer profiles. Such charges ensures commitment and filters for students who are genuinely invested in their career growth. It also covers our cost of rigorous assessment — conducted manually and through AI — which is essential before potential employers can review your profile.

Yes. For students whose institutes have signed an MOU with Zetheta, we will be soon coming out with a college dashboard where the institute shall be able to review the project work done by their students.

No, absolutely not. Unlike most companies that benefit from work done by their interns, we do not use your submissions for our office work. Your projects are solely for assessment and presentation to potential employers. Our business model is built on connecting you to opportunities, not exploiting your labour.

Upon successful completion, you will receive a Certificate of Project Work Experience (Internship/Externship) from Zetheta Algorithms Private Limited. This certificate validates your hands-on experience working on real innovation projects in financial markets. The work you do, in our view, is analogous to internship or few people call it externship as well.

You will receive your certificate after the end of 15 days from enrolment or project submission, whichever is later. This allows us time to conduct proper assessment of your work.

Yes! You can list your time on Zetheta as project work experience on your resume and LinkedIn profile. The experience you gain is equivalent to or better than the rigour of traditional internships/externships. However, detailed project methodologies, proprietary algorithms, project materials including submissions made by you remain confidential.

Projects are assessed using a comprehensive 1000-point rubric covering seven dimensions: Domain Understanding (150 pts), Gamification Design (200 pts), Business Viability (150 pts), Documentation Quality (150 pts), Innovation & Creativity (150 pts), Daily Compliance & Consistency (100 pts), and Presentation (100 pts). Assessment is proposed to be conducted through a combination of manual review and AI-powered evaluation. We may keep changing our evaluation models.

Based on your project assessment, we create a Job Readiness Score that evaluates your capability across multiple dimensions. This score, along with your detailed assessment report, becomes part of your profile that potential employers can access. It provides employers with verified proof of your actual work capability — not just your potential.

Yes! We request you to optionally submit a feedback video of 1-5 minutes with your face clearly visible, speaking about the project you completed. While optional, this can significantly boost your chances of being shortlisted for opportunities as it gives employers a sense of your communication skills and personality. We propose to include a review of your video into the Job Readiness Score.

If you have opted for sharing your personal details, potential employers will have access to your profile, project submission, uploads, and performance evaluation data through our WorkBridge platform. This creates a transparent, verified record of your actual capabilities that employers can trust.

Most hiring assessment platforms offer short simulations and AI-scored tests lasting minutes or hours — useful for filtering, but limited in what they reveal. Hackathons, ideathons, and job simulation platforms suffer from compressed timeframes, subjective judging panels, and opaque decision matrices that employers have no visibility into. Zetheta’s candidates complete rigorous multi-week innovation projects — real work, not role-play — assessed through transparent, uniform evaluation standards you can trust and verify.

Our extended engagement reveals what no short test or weekend hackathon can: sustained effort under pressure, problem-ownership over time, self-driven solution-finding through obstacles, and the quality of work they actually deliver when no one is watching. We assess: Problem-ownership, Persistence under rigour, Solution-finding ability, Effort consistency, Output quality, and Work behaviour over time.

Our upcoming Employer Dashboard will give them direct access to pre-assessed, project-proven talent specialized in financial markets and FinTech. They will  be able to view detailed performance reports, assessment scores, project submissions, and candidate profiles — all verified through actual work, not just interviews or certifications.

Two key benefits: (1) Employers hire with additional certainty in real work capability — they are seeing proven capability, not potential, they no longer need to guess whether a fresher can deliver. (2) Reduced onboarding costs — students who complete our projects arrive with genuine hands-on experience in AI tools, financial simulations, and product development lifecycles, accelerating their contribution from day one.

Colleges can sign an MOU with Zetheta to provide their students with free access to all projects. The MOU is designed for easy entry — minimal legal obligations, one-year tenor with one-month termination notice, and no cumbersome clauses. It serves as both a partnership agreement and marketing material for colleges globally.

Two main options: (1) Evaluation Partnership — college agrees to monitor, evaluate, and assess student project submissions through our platform, making all projects free for their students while enabling assessed profiles to reach potential employers. (2) Non-Evaluation Partnership — college promotes the platform to students who then enrol individually.

Yes. Colleges will have access to a dedicated dashboard to monitor how their students perform on real-world innovation and research projects. This provides valuable placement insights and helps identify high-performing students for corporate opportunities.

All project work, deliverables, submissions, ideas, concepts, inventions, improvements, designs, code, documentation, research findings, and any other materials created during your engagement become the sole and exclusive property of Zetheta Algorithms Private Limited. This includes all intellectual property rights, copyrights, and trade secrets.

You can mention the experience and general skills gained on your resume and LinkedIn. However, detailed portfolio references showing specific project methodologies, code, or deliverables require written permission from Zetheta. The projects involve proprietary concepts and potential patent applications.

You agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, business strategies, technical know-how, methodologies, algorithms, and any confidential materials. This obligation continues indefinitely, even after your engagement ends. For Tech projects, all GitHub repositories must be PRIVATE and transferred to Zetheta upon completion.

Yes, all project work is 100% remote. You can work from anywhere in the world with an internet connection. This was designed to be accessible to students globally, regardless of their location or ability to travel for traditional internships.

Absolutely. The self-paced nature means you can complete projects while pursuing your studies, working part-time, or even during a full-time job. You have 30 days to complete each 15-day project, giving you flexibility to manage around your other commitments.

For Non-Tech projects: A computer with internet access, free tools like Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Notion, Figma, and AI assistants like Claude or ChatGPT. For Tech projects: A development environment with the required programming languages (Python, Node.js, etc.), a GitHub account, and access to AI coding assistants. All required tools have free tiers available.

Yes, this is an unpaid project work experience (internship/externship). The compensation comes in the form of genuine skill development, verifiable work experience, an internship certificate, and a pathway to employment through our WorkBridge platform connecting you with potential employers.
